International Intensive Course

The International Intensive Course is designed for painters who seek specialization in realistic figurative oil painting in Madrid during their visits to Spain, in contact with the most important museum treasures in the world and near the Casa Sorolla Museum.
Foreign artists, art teachers, painting enthusiasts and beginners who seek quality technical education with more than 20 years of experience and a great presence in the Spanish and European cultural artistic field pass through our classrooms annually.

Outdoor Workshop

The course aims to develop the student's ability to understand and interpret the different light phenomena that nature offers during the day through notes and sketches. 

To achieve this, learning the technical and methodological management of rapid painting combined with an environment of recognized privilege guarantees optimal conditions to capture the subject to be portrayed with paint.

The groups that participated in the previous experiences fully enjoyed the course, for five days each group witnessed how nature and the medieval landscape of Lerma (Burgos, Spain) or the Archaeological Park of Mérida (Extremadura, Spain) were transformed into models newspapers to portray, a workshop-studio outdoors, its landscape and surroundings were the inspiration for the paintings.
